My subscriptions were still not working even after I'd gone through and re-subscribed. I discovered the problem. Back when we got hacked, the hacker changed my email address. I've changed it back and things seem to be working well again.

You can check your email address by going to "user control panel" at the top. Then choose "Edit account settings" on the left.
