A fellow rubber duck enthusiast named Chuck sent me these questions regarding rubber duck manufacturing and I really don't know the answers, other than the fact that rubber ducks are generally made through the process of plastics injection molding. Can anyone shed any light on these matters? Thanks!

* Are there any U.S.-based manufacturers of rubber duckies? If so, who?

* How are they made? Do you know of any videos of this?

* Are the molded squeakers the same size in both the small and large rubber duckies? Is there an optimal size and shape for noise-production?

Well, I know you have talked about this company on this site so you probably already know all about it, but for the others on the site, there's this company called Oriental Trading Company that makes tons of fashionable small ducks. I don't know how they make them though... :?:
